Simple Aztec

I'm a fan of a simple outfits but with a twist. I like pairing bold patterns and textures to create different looks in my wardrobe. It's amazing how many outfits can be created with the Aztec sweater/cardigan and acid wash jeans. Don't be afraid to mix and match!

Stripes on black

People ask me all the time where I shop or how I pick and choose outfits. I honestly shop at the same stores most young adults my age. Your typical forever 21, H&M, Marshall's, Asos (online), etc. And how I draw inspiration for outfits? Other people style inspires me! I honestly draw inspiration from students I attend school with, YouTube videos (look books) Pintrest, Instagram, everyday people you see on the street!

Here is a simple outfit that are essentials in my wardrobe. 

Stripe long sleeve: old navy

Skirt: F21

Black beanie: asos

Tights:Francesca collection 

Wedge boots: shoe dazzle 

Necklace: F21

I'm really convinced that if you don't know how to wear a striped shirt throw a statement necklace with it! It make your outfit 10x more fashionable!

Shorts in autumn

Happy thanksgiving! (I known I'm late haha) I hope everybody enjoying their breaks from school! 

Well since I'm spending thanksgiving in Texas the weather has been in the 60's to 70's and I have no complaints. So why not wear shorts but with a twist?!
We all know layering is a must during the fall! So if you still have an itch to wear shorts during the fall without freezing (or getting strange stares for wearing shorts) just add tights under the shorts to add to the layered look and keep warm as well!

My red button: thrifted 

High waisted shorts: thrifted/DIY (bought them as pants cut them in to shorts)

Black baby doll

                                            So my precious friend Seany took these pics! Shout to Seany! I asked her what I should call this post and she said " black baby doll." Lol. I can see where she was coming from because of the dress and the tights!

Sweater Weather!

 Cold weather gives girls an excuse to dress in loose fit clothes and still look stylish without looking frumpy. As well I'm really digging the plain sweater bold necklace look.
And I'm in love with these boyfriend jeans! They fit without being to baggy. They're the perfect fit!

Denim Dress

So I bought this dress from Old Navy. I don't shop there to often but I was pleasantly surprised!

They have great sales and I bought this dress for $8! 

P.S....It has pockets too!

Falling into the 90's

This pattern on this blouse reminds me of the 90's! (Probably is because it's thrifted!) It's a great shirt that goes with the season of fall.
